John Horsfall X Riyadh Air

After working with John Horsfall some years ago on their rebrand project we were delighted when they got in touch to ask us to provide some creative inspiration for their hugely exciting latest product launch. They had been working on designing, developing and manufacturing all of the inflight textiles for Riyadh Air, a new Saudi based airline set to take their first flights in February this year. Our role was to create a visual narrative to unite two distinct brand worlds: Riyadh Air’s bold, clean, linear brand and John Horsfall’s heritage in textile craftsmanship.

We reinterpreted Riyadh Air’s signature gradients and flowing forms through lighting, colour and composition, bringing the brand into the physical world rather than simply applying it. Then within this setting, reminiscent of the cabin interior, the textiles became the hero. Details showcased, heroing weave and finish, while wider shots connected the products to a premium inflight experience.

We partnered with the brilliant D&K Content to bring this vision to life and the results were fab even if we do say so ourselves. The final imagery creates a seamless visual bridge between brand and product, positioning the collaboration as both innovative and expertly crafted with images that create a premium, editorial look to the new inflight textiles range.
